My experience with Mr. Stanley Maeda was exceptional. He was very professional and knowledgable and explained everything clearly. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I plan on using Plumbing Solutions Inc. again when I need the services of a plumber. Because it was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Maeda, I will ask for him again when I need the services of a plumber.
Elijah was great. Arrived at specified time and started with quick inspection of all fixtures as well as hot water heater and water meter. I told him about the two issues I was having and he went right to work explaining process and estimate. I inspected work done and was very satisfied with the results and will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Luis did our hot water heater replacement today. He was on-time, professional and friendly. He spent time going over everything with us, from the main shut-off to the overflow, etc. The crew did a great job!
I had a leak from my all house shut-off valve and I was on the verge of going away. Within 30 minutes, the Reuben Perez was here and then the township had to come to shut off the water supply to 2 streets of houses. Yes, it was costly, but it was a crisis averted. This was all in Monroe Township, NJ. Thank you to Karen in the office also.
Technician was very knowledgeable and patiently addressed all of my questions. Workmanship was excellent. Thank you!
