How do you charge or price your work?

We offer simple and predictable Flat-rate price for pre-determined tasks or services, regardless of time or technician. We charge by the job, not by the hour.

Our goal is to provide at least 3 options for solving an issue.

What is a Dispatch Fee and Initial Assessment?

A dispatch fee of $79 is charged when we visit your home and is waived if an estimate is accepted.

Upon arriving, we perform an initial assessment covering the following areas, if applicable:

  • water temperature check
  • water pressure check
  • inspection of visible plumbing system components

If you proceed with an estimate for any of the options and engage our plumbing services, the dispatch fee is waived.

Did you know: Your Initial Assessment can include a 7-point safety inspection of your plumbing system.

What is Trouble-shooting or Diagnostics?

Trouble-shooting and diagnostics are provided as an option if the initial assessment does not allow us to determine the issue at hand.

It requires additional tools or techniques to determine the underlying cause of the problem.

Are discounts available?

Yes! We provide coupons frequently to our newsletter subscribers, first-time customers, and on our website.

Also, our Smart Maintenance Plan members receive discounts.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, check and credit cards. We also offer financing.

Do you offer financing?

We offer financing through Green Sky financing to allow for unexpected issues to be addressed immediately.

Do you have a membership or maintenance program?

We offer a Smart Maintenance Plan.

As a Smart Maintenance member, an annual home inspection is included to prevent emergencies. Dispatch fees are waived, and additional discounts and bundles are available.

Can you begin work immediately?

The technician arrives with a fully stocked truck.

So, if you agree to the estimate, we allot sufficient time for the technician to take care of the plumbing issues at that time.

Can you come to my house on the weekend?

Yes.

We know plumbing issues arise outside of business hours during the work week. That’s why we offer Saturday appointments upon request.

Will you keep my house clean?

Absolutely!

Our technicians wear shoe protectors and aim to leave the area cleaner than when we started.
